Inon has announced the release of a new version of its wide close-up lens for action cameras—the UCL-G165 ll. The earlier version, UCL-G165, is now discontinued.
Like its predecessor, the new lens is available with the company’s SD bayonet mount (UCL-G165II SD) for use with their SD Front Mask for GoPro, which is compatible with the HERO9–HERO12. But there’s now also a version with an M55 screw mount (UCL-G165II M55), which is designed for use with the Sony RX0-series action cameras in their MPK-HSR1 aluminum alloy underwater housing.
